Immanuel and St Andrew's Hall and Parish Rooms - Conditions of Hire

All hirers are required to abide by the Conditions of Hire and by the parish Safeguarding Policies.

Follow the links to view these or download copies. Copies can also be obtained from the parish office on (020) 8679 6888 (address as above) and will be issued to hirers when a hiring is arranged.

The Conditions of Hire are reviewed from time to time. They can no longer be viewed here as a web page, which could easily become out of date. However, you can view or download them in either '.pdf' format (as above) or Microsoft Word (.doc) format if you have a suitable browser and either Adobe Reader or a compatible word processor or viewer.

To view or print '.pdf' files you need Adobe Reader; to view or print '.doc' files you need Word or a compatible word processor or viewer. Most computers have Adobe Reader installed, but if yours hasn't you can visit the Adobe website to download and install a free copy. Alternatively, if you do not have Word or a compatible word processor or viewer you can visit the Microsoft website to download a free viewer program which you can install to enable you to view and print Word documents.
